Cruz was born a Canadian/Cuban in Canda to a Cuban father, he is NOT a natural born citizen.
Natural born citizens have ONE nationality.
The entire purpose of the clause was to prevent foreigners from being CIC. Cruz WAS born a foreigner.

More American than Harris, in that she had NO citizen parent, less than Obama in that Cruz was born in Canada, NONE of them are natural born citizens as they were all born with foreign nationality.
