Zelensky asks US to designate Russia a ‘terrorist state’ after McConnell visit

Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell took three Republican senators along on a surprise trip to Kyiv Saturday for a meeting with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky — where he called on the US to designate Russia as a “terrorist state.”

“I believe that this visit once again demonstrates … the strength of ties between the Ukrainian and American nations,” Zelensky said in his nightly video address, even as a bipartisan bill to send $40 billion in additional aid remained stalled in Congress — while both Finland and Sweden inched closer to joining NATO.

When will McConnell visit our southern border?

Zelensky is the WW3-mongering terrorist. He has the blood of Ukrainians on his hands.

Time for an anti-war march in DC.

Yes, I’m serious. I would go.

So? Putin still invaded Ukraine. Stop trying to change the subject.

“Remember the mass shootings and coup in Ukraine in 2014? Obama and Hillary’s fingerprints are all over it.”

That mass shooting by snipers was, of course, a setup designed to launch the CIA sponsored color revolution. It was a perfectly executed, fake grasroots, instigated by the CIA, powder keg. Primed and ready to explode. They arranged the mass shooting by snipers to be the spark to light the overthrow. And, of course, it worked.

Remember CIAramella (of thee CIA)? He Who Can’t Be Named? Of the Ukraine impeachment hoax? He was a CIA operator there at the time.

Strong evidence exists that he, personally, CIAramella, organized and assembled the snipers, as a CIA black ops. And gave the “Go.” Which, of course would not be looked upon with favor by Ukrainians, especially of ethnic Russian background.

Hence, He Can’t Be Named.

What subject did I change.
I’m not denying that Putin invaded Ukraine. I’m just saying he has his reasons and we should stay out of this.

He said 800 million would be the cost to rebuild Ukraine after Putin’s invasion.

He didn’t say he wanted it from the USA

Sorry, that’s a lie.

Zelenskyy’s platform was arguably less pro Western than that of most of his contenders. His platform was mostly being the political outsider who’d fight corruption without too much focus on chosing sides between Russia and the West. He would indeed lean to the West but it was not the focal point of his agenda.

The top 5 candidates for the presidential election in 2019 were

5: Anatoliy Hrytsenko (6,91%), former member of Tymoshenko administration and head of the pro-European “Civil Position” Party.

4: Yuriy Boyko (11,67%), a pro-Russian candidate.

3: Yulia Tymoshenko (13.40%), former Prime Minister, thrown in jail on bogus claims under the Pro-Russian Rule of Yanukovich, clearly no friend of Russia.

2: Petro Poroshenko (15.95%), incumbent president at the time with a clear pro-European platform .

1: Volodymyr Zelenskyy (30.24%),

As you can see, the pro Russian sent was at max 12% of the electorate.

And Poroshenko would have been the wests preferred candidate.

In Donetsk and Luhansk, rather the non occupied parts of the Donbas Yuriy Boyko, the most pro-Russian of all the major candidates got a plurality of the vote, but interestingly, even there, the overall vote was split roughly 50–50 between Pro-Russia and Pro-Europe candidates.

Remember the sudden conversion of Yanokovych from having overwhelming cross party political support even from Donbass for an EU Free Trade Agreement in 2013, to signing a deal with Russia in December 2013 that effectively handed it a foreclosure option over the entire Ukrainian economy? With no warning, no parliamentary debate, and no benefit to Ukraine?

That happened a month before the “mass shootings and coup”?

Remember also that while Yanukovych was being impeached and a new government was being formed with his agreement he fled into Russia, and green-lit Russian mobilisation into Crimea? And, as if that wasn’t enough, his last order before a majority across Ukraine’s parliamentary parties voted to remove him from office was to order the Ukrainian forces NOT to intervene, and jist let Russia have what ut wanted.

Sedition on that scale makes Benedict Arnold look like a straight up patriot. And, Putin’s hands were all over THAT.

Ukraine was being played by both sides. I’m sick of people making out the only people doing the dirty in 2013-14 were the globalists. Putin was every bit as culpable.

In Putin’s name, Yfirst, anokovych single handedly tore up the Budapest Memorandum without consulting a single other Ukrainian politician by giving Ukraine to Russia by the backdoor in return for a huge kickback.

Within a month of everyone in Ukraine finding out what he’d done, all hell broke loose. And damned right it did.

Simple question.

If any American President did even half of what Yanukovych did to invoke his own impeachment, what do you think is the right course of action? Civil war? Have the guy would likely be swinging from a lamp post? Having him impeached in absentia? Or, “well we’ll just have to wait for the next Presidential election to let the people decide if they were up with it or not”.

Ive said it before and I’ll say it again, if tearing up a peace treaty that protects your country from a hostile neighbor, greenlighting an occupation of your own country by that hostile neighbor, inciting secession to that neighbor, provoking civil war and advocating surrender to that neighbor THEN MOVING TO IT isn’t all grounds for impeachment and removal from office then nothing is.

If you suppose that’s okay then you’re saying in effect that no country dhould ever have a “break glass” mechanism to limit the authority of a compromised president. Not if the President goes mad, not if they have dementia, and not even if they commit outright high treason.

Putin likes that kind if presidency. America, maybe not so much. Ukraine, definitely not.

Trump criticizes spending for Ukraine

Former President Trump on Friday criticized lawmakers for working to pass $40 billion in aid for Ukraine

“The Democrats are sending another $40 billion to Ukraine, yet America’s parents are struggling to even feed their children,” Trump said in a statement issued through his Save America PAC.

Not a sticking dollar to that corrupt country.

I’m just saying he has his reasons and we should stay out of this.

We should help out the Ukranians with arms. But if we are going to openly brag about it, maybe we should stop. This wouldn't be an issue with Reagan or Bush 41 administrations. Plausible deniability is important.

Zelensky cancelled free speech and opposition parties and he uses nazi’s soldiers to kill not only Russians.

He should be designated a terrorist. The worlds politicians instead are using Ukraine to launder money and do not care about the war becoming bigger as long as they get their cut.
