President Biden insisted Friday that only “better mind-readers” could have effectively dealt with a nationwide shortage of baby formula, despite his administration knowing about the crisis for months.

“Republicans have said that your administration should have anticipated this baby formula shortage,” CNN reporter Jeremy Diamond said at a Rose Garden event where Biden urged cities to spend COVID-19 stimulus funds on cops.

Whose mind would these mind-readers read then? Maybe put them in charge.

Be flippant. Yeah, that’s a winning strategy.

Not hard to light a fire under a company if you need them back in production. The BS from Biden is way, way, way too deep here, especially with plenty of product waiting at the border.

It didn’t take a mind reader to know that shutting down the economy for two years would result in more problems than anyone could possibly foresee.

would the mind readers have bought up tons of pallets and sent them to the illegal invader babies at the border?

The idiot. Government has no role in baby milk production. The market is more than sufficient until government interferes in the economy. I notice the constitution said nothing to speak of about economics and economic policy beyond creating money and settling disputes.

Legally what kind of fire can the government light?

Gee, wasn’t it the Biden regime that pressured American businesses to unconstitutionally force employees into getting vaxxed under threat of job loss? And suddenly, Biden says he has no mind so he can’t read any minds and can’t do anything.

Suprised he didn’t blame Putin. This guy has more excuses than Hunter has crack.

“But we moved as quickly as the problem became apparent to us,” he added. “And we have to move with caution as well as speed because we got to make sure what we’re getting is, in fact, first-rate product. That’s why the FDA has to go through the process.”
__________

In other words:

“The bottom line is, if we can’t make sure what’s made available from this point forward is first rate product, we’re gonna have to starve some babies. Parents who can’t see the wisdom in what we are doing, or not doing, in this situation, are just being selfish, and if we catch them grousing, they will have their Virtue Signaling Cards (tm) immediately revoked.”

The FDA shut down 1 out of 2 formula producers last year because of a bacteria outbreak. How long does it take to clean and sterilize those machines, FFS? No, this was either planned for ulterior motives or the FDA is incompetent!

There were no bare shelves during the Trump administration. Ammo shortages did occur after the tremendous growth of new gun owners and the election of f Joe.
