My preference would be to have everyone with “proven legislative experience” be disqualified for running. Career politicians are a cancer.
I usually withhold judgement until the candidate is attacked by the press. If the left goes apesh@t bazonkazoids, that is usually enough to pique my interest to research more. If republicans start to attack and cry about unelectability then I am definitely interested to learn more.
I had to laugh when I saw your post-something like that flashed immediately into my mind.
I am more interested in getting people elected who are honest, know right from wrong, know they aren’t in office to get rich, are willing to learn, and have strong beliefs in Constitutional principles.
I have come to care very little about “proven legislative experience”, and now view it with a jaundiced eye.
I really did not like the ones being pushed in my face Oz and Mccormick. And I planned to not vote for anyone until I heard about Barnet.
As a white woman I like her style I can relate with her. She seems fresh and down to earth and I like her views. They are mine as well.
I wish I knew about her sooner but am glad I have read about her.
I am impressed ans she gets my vote.
