Homegrown but they do model themselves on the NAZI party of Third Reich fame. We allied with Stalin and the Communists to win WWII. One hopes Zelensky can deal with his home grown NAZIs after the Russians are convinced to leave a bad operation. They are not dangerous to us and European governments will see that they do not have any influence outside of Ukraine.
