That document pretty much shows the same info as my DD214. Do reservists get different paperwork? I think this is all a non-issue, it says she served at least four years!
You get a DD-214 if you were on active duty. If you were never on active duty, no DD-214 is necessary in your case.
NGB Form 22 is the National Guard equivalent of the DD-214. Sort of.
