Russians should hold out for 10 Russian fighters for each foreign NATO advisors (British, US, French, German, etc.) released.
Now if Russia just goes ahead and murders the defenders at the steel plant then Russia will be okay with Ukraine returning the favor by killing an equal number of orcs, right?
If it’s offensive to call Ukrainians “ukrops,” then it’s offensive to call Russians “orcs,” no matter how much you hate Vlad. And those Azov Nazis can surrender first before they are exchanged, which is how it usually works in a prisoner exchange. Duh!

One man’s defination of murder is another’s defination of war. It can also be abortion. In war there are many battles to the end, like the Alamo or Custer’s Last Stand or even Pickett’s charge. Your idea of murder is that they won’t surrender and should they be taken by force the result is murder is inconsistent with any defination.
You call them defenders and I call them enemy combatants engaged in combat.
The Ukrainian Marines in Azovstal surrendered. They are not covered in Swastikas and SS runes.

We are talking about Ukrainians who have not surrendered, right? Why allow them to leave without taking them prisoner and then confirming that each prisoner is in fact Ukrainian (and not one wanted for war crimes)? It’s a rather odd and, as far as I am aware, unprecedented proposal.
