So in an election year, when the stars are so well aligned, Republican Senator Tim Scott proposed a plan, in writing, to tax the poor. Maybe even cut entitlement spending? Got it.

Rick Scott, not Tim. And he’s from Florida not Wisconsin like sloJoe said.
The suggestion is the same as mine, everyone should have some skin in the game. Income taxes on everyone would actually affect people immediately. Not like inflation, the cruelest tax of all.
