I read a couple of articles about this. I used to go to the liquor store that they busted the killer at all the time. (He shot two older white folks from out of state in an apparently random shooting and THEN went to the liquor store where the cops arrested him.) The man died, the woman is still alive.

It really looked like he just decided to shoot them when he saw them. Maybe they provoked him in some way by turning in front of him or something. Either way, it was really spur-of-the-moment. What an effing creep who probably WON’T get the death penalty.

I’ve seen the term used to describe regions, like NY, CT, NJ.
It was used to describe DE, MD, PA when I lived in DE.
They should have just said the were from Ohio.
