The Russian statement is similar to North Korea making the same statement.

I don't quite agree with that statement. North Korea only has a few nukes and we might be able to shoot down some or most of them and limit the damage, though even one would do a hell of a lot of damage.

On the other hand, Russia has thousands, and an exchange would leave a totally new world.

I think I mentioned that in my post, the point is both countries throw out nuclear threats as if the other side could’t respond l, no other country that has nukes makes issues public threats like North Korea and Russia.

As far as the number of nukes North Korea has, if they took out Seoul l, Tokyo and Washington D.C. it would be a totally different world
