It’s not an easy symbol to draw correctly. I’ve seen dozens of attempts to carve swastikas on desktops and all were sad failures. And no, I didn’t teach a bunch of budding Nazis, boys like to do forbidden things and swastikas are about as forbidden as a symbol can get. It takes time and thought to get it right.

I'm surprised that no-one has called out Columbia Sportswear for their logo. It sure looks like a swastika to me.

In proper German it was known as ‘’Die Hankenkruetz’’, “The Twisted Cross.

Supposedly a defiling of the Christian cross.
