The fault rests back to Trump and the Republican party for not being prepared in 2020 and not hiring credible, and yes, expensive, attorneys to fight the steal.

Engaged folks like those on FR see what happened, will watch the movie, will look at the dribbled out evidence, but 99% of the rest of the country are oblivious.

And made worse by the likes of McConnell, McCarthy, and their ilk that have undermined the elections, Trump, and his supporters.

It’s my understanding that Trump, et al knew the steal was coming. They didn’t do anything to STOP it because the election thieves are an integral part of the DS. Trump had come to realize that to “drain the swamp” would entail rounding up nearly all the ‘Rats and many many RINOs. So they set up the machinery to capture all the evidence of the steal and left it happen. “2000 MULES” is pretty much the first shoe to drop. Whether anything thorough and lasting follows, remains to be seen.

I agree. GOP lawyers were bad. One in Michigan filed an election lawsuit for Michigan but listed the wrong state. Then you had drunk Giulianni, Lee Wood who lost his marbles. Dems have the prima lawyers and workers, researchers who are willing to fight dirty, cheat, etc because they know they can get away with it because of protections of the DOJ, MEDIA, JUDGES, etc.

Michigan was really bad in locking out the GOP workers at the main counting center and using covid as the reason to keep them 6 ft away, put them in a circle so they couldn’t do their jobs or seeing what they were doing, Then the trucks coming in at 3am with ballots.

https://watch.salemnow.com/watch/channel/buy-or-rent/series/xFOCFe59zfCS-2000-mules/episode/PTuzhzEOKiWI-2000-mules-feature-hd>>. Well here in Delco, PA the corrupt judges kept the watchers from reviewing the counting in Chester. SO no matter how expensive the lawyer (and they had lawyers appealing to the judges during the counting) if they lock you out, you are locked out. Short of firearm use of course.

I agree I am unhappy with the RNC and even Trump with the usual caveat that he had little support from those who should have supported.

They were warned. When I and other FReepers voiced concerns we were largely told we were being paranoid. These illegal vote “regulations “. Should have been fought massively in court. They are ILLEGAL. our fears of massive fraud were RIGHT and the “teams of lawyers in the ground “ we were assured of did not seem to have any effect.

There was little to nothing Trump could do. There was a Deep State facilitating the The steal, hundreds of millions of dollars going into it. If the Republican party would have hung together perhaps this could have been stopped but many of the RINO’s wanted nothing to do with Trump and were glad to see him defeated. I vote in Kentucky. I will never cast a vote for McConnell again. McConnel did a wonderful job of keeping Garland off the Supreme Court but he couldn’t find time to support one of the most popular Republican presidents to sit in the White House, he has to go.
