Respectfully, disagree.
By showing the documentary first, the public becomes educated and the documentary establishes context. Now, everyone knows what the importance of these ballot factories/stash houses. Not everyone is as up to speed as we are on this site and this linear approach to awaken the masses addresses the least educated first.
