It’s not lost on me that they (Democrats) are VERY likely responsible for Justice Antonin Scalia’s death, and it isn’t out of the realm of possibilities they (Democrat Abortionists) would try the same thing with Justice Alito.
I have suspected this all along.
We got some bad hombres running the joint.
That is a real concern.
As the ruling is not yet final, if one of the justices tossing out Roe dies and the present ruling is 5-4, it becomes a 4-4 split and I believe the case is remanded back to the lower Court.
Fortunately (for the Dems) there is already a "replacement" (Jackson) Senate approved and waiting in the wings. She can take the seat immediately and Biden gets another at a Justice to replace Breyer. Jackson won't vote on the Roe case, but it changes the balance of the Court and the entire Roe case goes back into limbo which means the abortionists win for now.
