Chechs are their neighboring Ukrainian fellow Slavs. While Chechens are barbaric Muslims from far off Eastern Russia, who Putin has been cultivating for years with billions in Roubles sent to them every year. And this after Putin razed Grozny (1999) and the Grozny region, killing 250000 Chechens. Today Kadyrov and his armies are Putin’s pets. When Putin croaks this year, they will break away from Russia.
