He’s not. The RGF even has about 16-17 uncommitted brigade size units in UA or near Orc border that are uncommitted.

But even throwing them in, Pootie Toot still does not have enough troops. He needs 600-800,000 more, which only comes with full mobilization.

The problem is that this is not a Iraq or Afghan sort of war, but more like WWII and a bit of WWI thrown in: a very intense war with huge losses on both sides, daily.

Worse, as of this moment, no one in Orc Land has any clue what to do next.
