Biden’s favorability rating in Delaware is 46 percent, while his disapproval rating is 49 percent. Biden’s net approval rating in his home state is negative three points.

I hope that President Trump wins Delaware and I hope that he wins all the states just like the great POTUS Ronald Wilson Reagan in the 1984 presidential election.

President Reagan conceded the the state of Minnesota to Mondale and this was Mondale's home state. BTW, President Reagan conceded the state at around 2 or 3 a.m. to Mondale.
