No, they are not, but honestly probably should be, because much like abortion, a liberal supreme court simply MADE IT UP!

but having said that, I don’t honestly think anyone is coming after those.
Gay "marriage" is not immediately threatened, but a lawsuit will soon be coming that would/could/should send it back to the states as well, since, as you say, both were simply made up and there's nothing in the Constitution about either one.
