I bought a bag of chips and a pastry last week. Up a buck since then.

“This is noise; not signal. The economy is not falling into recession,” wrote Ian Shepherdson, chief economist at Pantheon Macroeconomics. So, invest your own assets and your future accordingly - Ian. If you like this economy, then invest in it like crazy. Go in big time. Show us with your actions. If not, then just shut up. My guess is that what you tell others is motivated largely by your ideology, but that your 'ideology' takes a back seat to your self interest.

Carville needs to try making ends meet in this economic environment on the average income in his state.

No one who pumps their own gas or stands in a grocery checkout line believes that garbage for a second. Generally speaking, most Americans don't give much thought to machinations of the Star Wars bar scene that is DC politics. But not this time. These jackanapes and poltroons have dropped their steaming load right on everyone's kitchen table. Impossible to ignore. No one who is now paying $100 for a tank of gas is telling themselves what a great deal they're getting.
So what's left? Burning, looting and murder on a scale that'll make the run up to the 2020 fraud look like a Girl Scout picnic. It's also true that people's attitudes have hardened towards that sort of violence, thanks in no small part to the exoneration of St. Kyle of Kenosha.
Bring that crap outside the cities, and we will kill all they send.

Just a week or 2 ago I read an article that said the Biden efforts towards reducing child poverty were ineffective.
Essentially inflation has taken away more from the average child than what he has given.
Carvel is poorly read, discounts it or is lying.

I drove through the city yesterday and I was shocked at how many gas stations, restaurants and stores are gone.

Carville doesn’t pump his own gas or stand in a grocery checkout line. He is like a lot of other rich dims who have no clue about how these price increases are hitting us.

Carville is the Democrat go to guy for lying to the Joe Six Pack Democrat demographic of working class, blue collar workers. When the Democrats feel the need to take snake head out of moth balls to snake charm the rubes in flyover country, things are getting pretty dire for the Dems

He [Carville] added, “I don’t think people, I think there is an entire picture of an economy here. I don’t think the people in America are understanding completely where it is.

Yep. We are just to ignorant to realize how well things are going.
I can’t stand this insufferable little prick!

And this B.S. that Biden has “created” a record number of jobs! He hasn’t! It’s just that democrat governed states finally allowed people to RETURN to work. That’s not job creation!
