Dr. Mehmet Oz faced a devastating wave of news on Wednesday as two separate stories broke that could threaten his bid to become the Republican Party’s nominee for a U.S. Senate seat out of Pennsylvania.
The first problematic story for Oz, who is a dual citizen of the U.S. and Turkey, came from an ABC News report about his political involvement in elections in Turkey.
“The television star has largely shied away from discussing his ties to Turkey, where he maintains citizenship, and dismissed criticism from political opponents that he harbors any so-called ‘dual loyalties,'” ABC News reported. “But a photograph of Oz casting a ballot in Turkey’s 2018 presidential election is rankling some national security experts — particularly after recently saying he has ‘never been politically involved in Turkey in any capacity.'”

I personally have a problem when its prima facie that begs the question of loyalties.
America is a globalist empire.
The borders we defend are in Ukraine, Syria or Taiwan. Our politicians come from Turkey, or Somalia, or Haiti. New residents can enter the USA illegally anytime they wish.
Time to vote for a citizen of the world to MAGA.
There are only two candidates capable of bankrolling their own campaigns and they are Oz and McCormick. Oz is clearly the better choice of those two.
Hence, the Trump endorsement.
Retract your endorsement of Oz, President Trump. There is a REAL pro-American candidate in Kathy Barnette. She will win it for you; Oz will not.
Yes, KB is a worthy candidate!
Oz and Ray Dalio’s CIA lackey are not.
I preface with the fact that if Trump if the nominee, I will support him all the way.
On the other hand, Trump needs to more circumspect with regard to his support of candidates and those around him. He goes off the top of his head, as he does with many things.
I don’t think any American should maintain a second citizenship — they are not American if they do — but that’s just me.
That being said, casting a vote in an election is not much more than bringing a casserole to a pot luck block party.
So basically, we are going to end up as the marijuana obsessed worthless member if the Adams Family as the Junior Senator from Pennsylvania!
Agreed. Exhibit A is his worst endorsement ever, Mitt Romney. But I don’t think Dr. Oz is that low of a snake and the PA GOP wants someone who can bankroll their own campaign. That leaves Oz and McCormick, who is a total phony with less loyalty to DJT than Mitt the $#*+.
No one should have duel citizenship in the U.S.
You’re either one or the other, you can’t serve two masters. The citizenship rules are too lax. If they want a war with Russia or any other country from now on, the democrats and republicans can send the new Muericans into combat to fight it for them.
… sounds like a bushie dirty trickl
Nah, don’t think he’ll have to swear an oath or pledge any allegiance to USA. He is Oprah’s discovery and has her full support. Her endorsement should be good enough for all of the deplorables to get behind him.
Yikes!
Either you forgot the <sarcasm> tag or you're on drugs.
Little more than just voting.

My son is a dual national born in England to American parents. He could vote in elections in England if he wanted to. He does not. He votes in our elections.
Me= not particularly fond of Dr. Oz. However, do not smear him for something that is perfectly legal. I would vote for him if he was the Republican candidate.
We won’t even uphold the Constitution that says natural born citizen.
Obama is not one, he was born a Kenyan national and a British subject and came back from Indonesia as an Indonesian citizen.
Harris was born an Indian and Jamaican.
Neither are natural born citizens.
Trump should have endorsed Kathy Barnette.
If the right had moneybombs organized like the left she could have $10 million warchest practically overnight. Alas, we do not seem to have such organization on our side.
