I think it is a dozen countries in the whole world which allow late term murder. There are like 180+ countries represented in UN.
Most countries in the European Union allow abortion on demand during the first trimester, with Sweden and the Netherlands having more extended time limits.[3] After the first trimester, abortion is generally allowed only under certain circumstances, such as risk to the woman's life or health, fetal defects, or other specific situations that may be related to the circumstances of the conception or the woman's age.
It's exactly this sort of compromise that SCOTUS had forbidden. I know that there are some people who opposed to abortion in all cases, but there are far more who are more nuanced. If we'd been dealing with this in the state legislatures we'd have long ago found some middle ground that both sides didn't like.
