These guys know most Californians do not support loose abortion laws. If they did, they would not mind putting this to a public vote, but they won’t because they remember when they did that with gay marriage it got voted no FOUR TIMES IN A ROW.

Assembly Bill 2223 would make sure no one in California will be investigated, prosecuted or incarcerated for ending a pregnancy
So if you shoot a pregnant woman killing her and fetus you will be prosecuted for killing her but not her unborn baby

The only way they can strengthed “abortion rights” in CA is to make abortion mandatory. That will also greatly improve child health.
