General Trevor Cadieu (Trevor John Cadieu), captured by Russian troops while trying to escape from the cellars of Azovstal, was the commander of the Canadian Ground Forces, APA reports citing Mailbd.
Seven months ago, he was appointed to the post of commander of the Canadian Army, but before the inauguration, he was involved in a sex scandal. In the harassment that occurred back in 1994, he was accused by a former colleague.

Yep, he was the ALMOST Canadian Army Commander but his appointment was derailed by a sexual abuse allegation. So in early April he retired from the Canadian military and headed to Ukraine… maybe with dreams of beaucoup Ukrainian nooky.

That's the real question. I've read they have British POWs, so will Americans be far behind? They are escalating this mess to the point of no return, and the Neocons can't see what's happening, or don't want to.

The weasel only retired 7 months ago. However you try to downplay it, the fact he was there stinks to high heaven and signifies a significant escalation in the conflict.

According to your linked Canadian article, he retired April 5th. Didn’t take long for him to beat feet to Ukraine.

So the West is there. Last week I read where a “gulf war vet” who was 20 years old was captured.....A vet at 20? It’s 4 year hitches now, so he can’t enlist at 16. He was captured with another “gulf war vet” who was in his 30’s and supposedly a retired E7. Sounds to me they were a US recon group that got captured. And then late last week while here in London i watched a report where they had a quick video of an M-1 Abrams taking out a T-72. I didn’t know we sold those to the Ukrainians............... Where did that M-1 Abrams come from? I think we are being told a lot of lies.

Its very much a Valentine Baker case - Baker was a British officer who was disgraced in a sex scandal, and who later entered service in the Turkish army - where he also fought the Russians!
