So all the liberal Republicans (and no doubt Democrats) are getting behind Dolan to stop Trump's endorsed candidate, JD Vance.

Doesn’t Ohio have alot of country club/auto dealer Republicans who are more favorable to Dolan-types? I have to say that i have to give thanks to Ohio to producing both Tafts plus McKinley.

Dolan would be a disaster, worse than Portman.
Interesting internals from most recent Ohio poll:
“Mandel leads among rural voters with a 30% plurality, whereas Vance holds a plurality among urban (25%) and suburban (26%) voters.“
Based on this I’d say Mandel is more likely the better choice, but whether or not he’ll win remains to be seen….
