Shatner is a lib that got left behind in the woke extremist push hard leftward. I like him, but what makes him likeable even being a liberal is hes older, hes a classic liberal, hes not a woketard history revisionist socialist Karen.
He not a complete and utter ignorant hypocrite, like the younger ones tend to be. Hes actually someone at least you could have a civil conversation with and have a beer with and get along with as a person.
That kind of lib is an endangered species, with most of the few survivors “shatting” all over themselves in nursing homes.

I didnt even remember Shatner being a lib but my memory fails me, for now. I know Rogan is, but his woke-ism shrunk to a molecule. I do remember Bill getting flack because he chose to sing a classic Christmas song “it’s cold outside, baby”, and the idiot leftards were trying to destroy the man just for calling a woman “baby”.

I work with a college instructor who is in his late 60’s and he claims to be a classical liberal. One day he picked a fight about free speech and I said, I’m all for it. I got him to say he was for free speech and the 1st Amendment. Then in the next two minutes he was railing against Trump on twitter and he shouldn’t be allowed to tweet or post anything online! I said I thought you were for free speech? I am he exclaimed! But you just said it was okay to censor the president so you can’t be for free speech and can’t be a classical liberal like you claim to be. He left my office in a huff but came back for more the next day. It’s fun tormenting liberals at times.
