There is much truth in that. But give some credit to the Ukrainians; without their commitment and resolve to fight for their country all that hardware is just waiting for the rust. Example: See Afghanistan.

Sure they did. Nevermind the Brits were bragging the week before about helping Ukes with anti-shipping missiles. This was Brit “advisors”, using targeting from a USN P-8 over the Black Sea. And a Uke got to push a button.

If the Ukrainians, or Daily Mail, were in the habit of making incorrect assertions about the death or wounding of named, senior, Russian officers, you and your fellow Putin Fanbois would certainly point that out.
Unfortunately for Putin, and his Fanbois, the facts -- at present -- are not favorable. Rather than having the intellectual honesty, and moral courage, to admit that, you try to play games by denouncing every unfavorable assertion as 'propoganda' (sic).
BTW— I had a good born in Poland friend about 7 years ago. He absolutely hated the Russians. He would go on about this. I mostly remained silent, because I thought Putin was a good non-woke, anti-gay, religious leader for the Russians. Much better than what we had with Obama.

You are out of your mind. Buchanan most certainly did not support the Ukrainians in that article. Every word in the article is about “will Russia accept our idea to weaken them with a protracted conventional war” and “does this increase the risk of us getting nuked”.
There is not a single word supporting the Uke cause.
