Sure, there was the usual amount of vote fraud but I think the real steal came with the mail-in ballot blizard, counting shenanigans, and the machine vote switching scheme. Also, the statistical probabilities just don't make sense. Nothing was up to Hoyle as they say in poker.
If it looks like rats, smells like rats, and squawks like rats, then you can bet the farm it's rats.
Regarding so-called "independent state legislature" doctrine, not only does the Constitution's Article 4 of Section 4 expressly require the federal government to guarantee each state a republican form of government, but the 14th Amendment expressly requires Congress to make penal laws that discourage the states from weakening voting power "in any way" imo.
"Article IV, Section 4: The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government [emphasis added], and shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened) against domestic Violence."
Excerpted from 14th Amendment:
"Section 2: Representatives shall be apportioned among the several States according to their respective numbers, counting the whole number of persons in each State, excluding Indians not taxed. But when the right to vote at any election for the choice of electors for President and Vice President of the United States, Representatives in Congress, the Executive and Judicial officers of a State, or the members of the Legislature thereof, is denied to any of the male inhabitants of such State, being twenty-one years of age, and citizens of the United States, or in any way abridged, except for participation in rebellion, or other crime, the basis of representation therein shall be reduced in the proportion which the number of such male citizens shall bear to the whole number of male citizens twenty-one years of age in such State."
"Section 5: The Congress shall have power to enforce, by appropriate legislation, the provisions of this article."
So regardless that post-17th Amendment ratification, alleged election stealing Congress pulled the rare "state sovereignty" card on J6, Congress actually has constitutional duty to investigate alleged voting problems imo.
Corrections, insights welcome.
Who is this man? Why bother posting his propaganda?
Yes, the dirty, filthy Republican Evilies are plotting and scheming to use the nasty, stupid, Unamerican Democracy-threatening Constitution to destroy our Precious Freedoms, so hard-won through censorship and shut-up-ism, and making-up-our-own-rules-on-the-fly-ism, and the Treasured Tradition of finding (Democrat) votes in janitor’s closets and parking lots and behind bushes and under tables when everyone’s been evacuated from the building because a toilet was running!!!
IS THERE NO JUSTICE LEFT IN THE WORLD?!?!?!
When people get too tribal over politics they become more susceptible to entering a fantasy world where everything is the fault of the other tribe.
Tool
Supreme Court’s embrace of the “independent state legislature” doctrine.
That silly old outdated Constitution....
they are one party helping each other out no matter who wins, the corruption needs to be covered up and continue because they are all dirty by going all in or extortion
Lol. What’s his opinion on the successful steal of 2020?
