Title 9 was written with the biological definition of sex. Not the mental issue symptoms.

This is a LIE. None of the normal kids at this school, i.e. 99%, are “protected” by this law. They are the targets. Just as every female swimmer was targeted at UPenn, every Asian is targete at Harvard, and on and on.
But without a biologist, judges such as Ketanji Brown Jackson just have no idea how to define what a male person or a female person really is. So we have to somehow find some clues to whether one is male or female, in order to administer laws which deal with sex discrimination.
Ok, so we now have to have three of them everywhere.
