I expected him to have to step aside by late last summer.

The democrats have a Kamala Harris problem. Making Harris the President would just increase the nationwide Republican tidal wave in November.

I expect Biden to resign or get resigned shortly after the November election, so the democrats can pick Harris' VP replacement before the Republicans take over the House and Senate in January.
