Sued this jerk’s partner in crime, who walked on these same charges. Look it up if you want the partner’s name. Sued for a third-party Dr. who the perp’s partner ripped off for $350,000 for 51% of stock in the partner’s business. Once he got the money he denied there ever being a deal, but we had proof of the payments. Basically, client ended up with control of the business.
