Joe Biden struggled to speak earlier today as he discussed specific actions the United States is taking to punish those close to Russian President Vladimir Putin. Biden promised to “accommodate” the “oligarchs” before laughing twice.
Biden promised to “Enhance our underlying effort to accommodate the Russian oligarchs and make sure we take their, take their ill begotten gains.”
At this point, Biden apparently realized he got a word wrong, and began laughing.
“We’re going to accommodate them,” said Biden, fighting laughter.
“We’re going to seize their yachts, their luxury homes, and other ill begotten gains of Putin’s kleptocric– yeah, kleptocracy, the guys who are the kleptocracies,” Biden said before laughing again. He then summarized, “But these are bad guys.”

To me, “sad” would indicate some level of pity, or sympathy. Joe Biden is a vile human who is losing his mental faculties. My reaction is anger that those around him put him in this position.
I wish the worst for each and every one of them.
Why would Joe or the US have any standing to seize anything from any person from another country?

He is making so many people all over the world hate us. They see us as thinking when the US does something not approved by international law, it is okay, when others do it, they should be punished.
This is the predominate way of the Western left. They have awarded themselves some kind of moral high ground and bully people who disagree.
