He should load his opening statement with a long list of Democrat-appointed Supreme Court justices that were human scum, and note that the House was controlled by Democrats during most of these appointments from 1954-1994, and not a single thing was done.
IMHO, the attempted impeachment of Justice Thomas is all the justification that would be needed by the American people to engage in a real “insurrection” against this fascist government.
Sounds like Stephen Gerald Breyer decided he didn’t want to retire after all.

If the Senate fails to meet the 67% majority, the Supreme Court Justice remains in office.
If you can’t get the 2/3’rds in the Senate, its theater and almost a waste of time. I say almost because if the House & Senate’s time is taken up doing political Kabuki, they’ll have less time to do harm to the country,

The house of representatives is an example of a pure democracy where one vote more than 50% wins them whatever they want. This is why you keep hearing Democrats talk about “our democracy”. The founders left impeachment ambiguous because even then they knew impeachment was and always will be a political process the crimes of misdemeanors means whatever the house says they are as elected by the peoples of the Republic. The Senate then chooses to convict or not based on what the house sends to them and a political vote by representatives also elected by the peoples of the Republic. Trying to the in legal terms and concepts is a fallacy the process was made from the very start by having to have super majority votes a political process it is what it is. If the dems think they have the votes then be foggy and jump angering the citizenry would normally get them tossed out next round of elections. The problem is our founders counted on fair and honest elections. W/o election integrity the Republic cannot function as designed. The whole system was designed for honest men and I say men because it should be painfully obvious that letting women vote and men who do not own land are two of the worse decisions men ever allowed to happen to the Republic. I don’t care if that ruffles feathers it’s a stone cold fact our founders knew to trust only landed men for good reason. Owning a piece of America and having a vested interest in her well-being should be a prerequisite for franchise period full stop.
