The Kremlin has threatened to strike British military targets in retaliation for the UK's support of Ukraine, as Vladimir Putin's invasion stretches into its 63rd day.
Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova suggested that Moscow could target territory of Nato countries which have been supplying arms to Kyiv, to defend itself from Vladimir Putin's forces.
Britain has been an outspoken ally of Ukraine, and has supplied weapons including anti-tank weapons and Starstreak anti-aircraft missiles.
On Tuesday a defence minister said the UK supports Ukraine's right to strike Russian territory using Western supplied weapons - a line which the Kremlin said was "direct provocation" which would lead to a "proportional response."

Ha ha ha.
Ruso-Nazis are having a tough time launching military strikes on Ukrainian soil.
They might have a tough time in Moldova.
Russian military action against a NATO country is unlikely.
Russian officials may talk in anger, but real world Russian action will only come after very careful consideration.
Launching strikes is easy, holding hostile ground is tough.
There are terror-Russian moles in the UK?
What if the US had attacked Russian ships or Chinese roads during the Vietnam conflict? How would Russia respond?
This remains a stupid conflict, with unwarranted aggression, masked in politics, but is simply a money and power grab. These responses by the Russians, threatening nuclear war if other counties don’t allow them to invade who they want, and bombing other nations for supplying ‘defensive’ weapons tells me a few things. 1) The invasion does not go well for Russia. 2. The Russians are getting worried that they can’t take and hold Ukraine. 3. The Russians feel worldwide embarrassment by the performance of their military. 4. They grow concerned that eventually their former client nations, that they have abused since WWII or before, will gang up and take them out.
Personally, I am not a big fan of either of these world leaders, Putin or Zelinsky. This conflict only helps the Chinese and supports famine and death.
How to end it? Putin had multiple nations on the block for invasion, obviously for a long time. Now his equipment and manpower isn’t up to the task. The Kremlin NEVER viewed these nations as free for self determination. Zelinsky is linked to Soros, that really all anybody needs to know about that. Russia can’t take Ukraine and hold it, and Ukraine can’t take Russia, and neither can go back to the status quo. Well, at least we have duly elected Joe Biden to fix it all….
The world needed Trump.
Yeah, you know, UK needs to be denazified...
World War lV should accomplish a Great Reset
The Russians are just like your typical bully who gets all hysterical when they get punched in the face back.
Russia hopes to regain the initiative in its stalled offensive by launching a nuclear strike on the city of Birmingham England.
Just sayin'
Meanwhile, the UK is still importing Russian oil.
Among other things.

By the end of the year.
SNORT.
Russia could easily use submarine cruise missile strikes to hit UK weapons factories the UK would have little defence against small fast ground hugging missiles. Russia has its own GLONAS gps system that is frequency agile and there missiles also have jam proof TERCOM/INS guidance that just like our tomahawk cruise missiles get you to within 20 metres of your target.
Russia just loaded up these very missiles on its subs this week. They loaded up (SS-N-30A) those are the Russian equals to our tomahawk. The subs being loaded were in the black Sea but their Baltic and North Atlantic nuke boats carry the same assets. Those same missiles can also carry a 200kt crowd pleaser air bursted over a industrial area takes out 5 square miles and leaves virtually no local fall out. Russia is serious as a heart attack when it says it will hit the UK for supplying direct arms to a belligerent in a conflict it is their right under the international laws of war as the UK has already declared itself a cobelligerent by directly supplying arms. This is hundreds of years of precedent in international warfare it’s not up to the UK if they see themselves as a cobelligerent it’s up to Russia how they react to an act of war against them. Same for economic warfare the freezing of foreign aassets and blockade of trade are both international acts of war by the very laws of warfare themselves again it’s up to the aggrieved party to respond to that act of war but make no mistake it is an act of war. WWIV is well under way the USA would be wise to prepare for the next stages of it. This stopped being a regional conflict when the economic acts of war from around the West and the active participation not in arms sales but direct arms transfers to a belligerent in a conflict. Too many people are still living in normalcy bias war is not coming it’s already here. I expect that Russia will use battlefield nukes in a few weeks or months to make a point to the West is Kiev worth L.A. Or NYC or London or Paris. Russia has always viewed tactical nukes as larger weapons completely usable in conflicts their SOP calls for them if they are to invade Europe or if they are going to be overrun on the Russian borders. The first targets will be military/industrial with either hypersonic 9K720 Iskander or SS-N-30 tomahawski assets in the low to mid 100kt ranges enough to wipe out a few sq miles but no real lasting fallout to drift back on Russian soil and a very clear message to the West. Neither NATO nor the USA,UK or France are going to use strategic arms if battlefield nukes go off the West has always viewed nukes as a sacred talisman Russia doesn’t share that view.
Yeah
Much worse than that now
More than 169 Trillion dollars in unfunded liabilities
Just great...and what can we do about that...nothing..tks to successive governments.
