I don’t see any other country helping Russia.

Russia doesn’t require any military help, but they do need financial help and support at the UN and they have it:
“Russia doesn’t require any military help”
Yet the fact before us is they do. Elsewise the Russian flag would fly triumphant over all of Ukraine.
