Com’on Man. You are spoiling the narrative. The media want us to think that because the (now)hated Elon Musk has purchased their beloved Twitter, the market is punishing him.
His tender was $54.20, not $57. It is likely that it is going to take quite a while to turn the company around, not worth tying up $3/share for the promise of more in the future, especially for stock holders who are “progressive” in viewpoint.
Musk is leveraging his TSLA stock to fund the Twitter deal, and investors tend to panic. Likely a short-term thing.

10% move isn't much for TSLA, one of the most (if not the most) volatile stocks I've ever seen. AAPL is off 2.75% today, with earnings coming (probably) on the 28th. Both stocks have been hit by the Shanghai Shutdown, part of the Hoaxademic and ongoing systemic collapse of China.
Term limits would cure many ills to be sure.
