What he meant: “I really don’t want to work at a company that supports free speech and is owned by an innovative capitalist. I want to work for a company where I can suppress the voices of people I disagree with”.
Maybe they could get a job somewhere, Getter? Truth Social? Parler? Gab?

Musk should announce he’s moving Twitter HQ to Brownsville/McAllen, to keep an eye on day-to-day operations at Twitter from Boca Chica.

Musk can follow through on converting the current Twitter HQ into a homeless shelter.
They could always work in the solar panel industry.

Twitter is a private company, they can whatever they want. Don’t like it? Go build your own Twitter.
