COVID-1984 forced what has been long overdue in the workplace.

Need a balance though. Hybrid workplace? Work in office on Mondays and Fridays? Work from home on T-TH?

Any "balance" is outside of work anyway. The workplace is an HR minefield.

It's been a long time since employees could interact with each other without fear of having it all end with a false accusation. The "woke" workplace is not only counter-productive, it's a huge liability.
