It's been a long time since employees could interact with each other without fear of having it all end with a false accusation. The "woke" workplace is not only counter-productive, it's a huge liability.
Yep. I work for large banks. I wouldn’t even joke at the office. I would never talk about anything other than the weather or my dog. You simply cannot give anybody any excuse to make an HR complaint about you.....especially if you were so careless as to not pick your sex and ethnicity with current fashions in politics in mind before you were born.
