This is Dr. Peter McCullough’s advice:
Dilute Povidone Iodine or Betadine (a 1% solution) gargling and as a nasal spray on a regular basis twice a day for prevention and then if you have been exposed or are in early stages use at least 4 or potentially 6 times a day. You can also use dilute hydrogen peroxide or dilute sodium hypo chloride or even Scope of Listerine – obviously do not swallow and spit out.

Note: This 10% Povidone Iodine must be diluted by one tenth, to 1% strength before use as a mouth wash, otherwise it is too strong and irritating. Dilute by adding 2 tablespoons (30 ml) of the 10% Povidone Iodine into a full glass of water (250-300 ml). This will make the product diluted enough to use as a mouth rinse, or gargle, (approximately 1.0 to 1.2 %)
2 tablespoons = 30ml povidone iodine
1 glass water = 250-300 ml
Dr. McCullough recommends routine use of this mouthwash on a daily basis, and especially after contact with large indoor groups.

I used iodine nasal spray when I found out some friends I spent Christmas with came down with Omicron.
Developed a stuffy nose and a day fever but felt fine.
We’ve been using Dr McCullough’s iodine nasal/gargle rinse, along with other SAFE, EFFECTIVE and INEXPENSIVE preventatives, for close to two years, now.
No $hots, no china virus...but, have been around plenty of folks who’ve had both.
REAL hospital workers have been using a very similar formula, for YEARS, with great success.
If we had any decent FR $$s, who claim to be in the healthcare field, they would’ve also promoted, or at least suggested and mentioned this iodine solution.....rather than pu$hing the dangerous $hots.
