OK, then maybe an “Over & Under” as to how many train & bus riders are shot with the guards present, before the city pulls the plug.

Never ran into any aliens on the subway, but if I did, a Gantz suit would be mighty handy.
They will definitely decrease the number of non-combatants getting shot.
Think of them as being bullet absorbers, similar to neutron moderators in a nuclear reactor.
