Howdy, PRO.
Thanks for posting the cool pics your friend sent!
I hope you had weather as nice as we did over the weekend. Nice to be warm and dry instead of chilly and damp for a change.

Howdy, luvie.
Was there any break in the heat today? Or do you have to wait for tomorrow?

I did some work today, had too, mixer leaves in the morning and there were lots of last minute things to do.
Rest coming later this week. I need a break as does Mrs Mayor

Hey there, radu!
It was much cooler here today...only getting up to about 80, Tomorrow the high will be 70-ish. Yay! Also they moderated that 100-degree day down to mid-90s. Which is something, I suppose. LOL!
How were things there? Did you have more wind or did it calm down somewhat?

Yes, I saw the parade, the whole deal.
It reminded me of what I read of American thoughts on veterans in the decade after WWII.
I had not realized the extent of the Australian losses in WWI. Incredible. For the population, as bad as American losses in the Civil War.
To: The Mayor
Glad you are close to starting your break.
What state is the mixer going to...do they pick it up?

Hiya radu!
Yes indeed our weather has warmed up too, put on my shorts for the first time, felt good!
Isn't your museum due to open up any time now?

Yay! Glad it cooled down and will be a little more comfortable the next few days. You'll be able to stand getting outside a bit and I know the kitties will appreciate it too.
Still warm here but it wasn't quite as windy as yesterday. If I hadn't had my hair bound up then, I would have looked like Medusa when I got to hitch a ride on the British armed personnel carrier at the museum. LOL
Thanks for snagging the pic off their FB page. I wouldn't have gotten to see it otherwise.

I’m excited to have a few cooler days before the summer stuff gets here. Now if the wind will just go away, it’ll be perfect. I totally understand the “Medusa” look. LOL!
Glad I found it for you. It’s a great picture and you look sooo pleased to get to ride in the vehicle! I looked for more, but that was the only one except for some in a video. I need to find a new video downloader! My other one became obsolete.

It’s nice not having to wear layers of clothing again, isn’t it? LOL Glad you’re getting to enjoy that freedom too.
Yes, the museum reopened this weekend and I just posted a pic of a little fun we had yesterday.
