Usually, Junior Enlisted or thereabouts forms the vast bulk of the numbers of a military.
Is Russia an exception to this generality? Are the bulk of Russia's military generals? With reports of deaths, seems to be quite a bit at this rank.
Asking for a friend...
NWO WEF propaganda ?
The numbers I have seen, but cannot verify if truthful, is they have triple our Generals, but a far smaller military.
My understanding is they are more top down, and NCOs are not given command responsibility they way US military does.
Someone on FR is probably a retired officer that can speak more intelligently on the subject.
My understanding is that unlike our military, Russians don’t have a strong NCO corps. They don’t trust their soldiers.
I have a bias since I was an E-5, active duty, but I think there are too many officers in the military anyway.
I now have more education most officers I worked for and see no reason why they were better at military stuff than I was as an E5 if I had received the same training.
The Russians don’t have a strong corps of non-commissioned officers.
I must admit, the US and countries who have sent weapons to Ukraine have really made Russia’s day same as they pleased the Taliban.. It seems the Ukes are careless with our gifts. No wonder Zelensky begs for more.
