We understand the need to claim that Nazis in Ukraine only exist in Putin’s imagination. But the problem with that is that the Western Media had many stories on Ukrainian Nazis BEFORE the war started. Obviously they’re no longer permitted to discuss the issue at this point.

Don’t you think it’s more likely that the stories years ago were true or generally true with some exaggeration (because the leftist/MSM media loves to find Nazis everywhere) but that the number of Nazis was actually small compared to the size of the population? A nation that is swayed by Nazis does not elect a Jewish President nor does it have as many Jewish and Israeli supporters as Ukraine does. This “Ukraine=Nazis” canard is an obvious fiction. Again, are their Nazis there? Yes, but Slavic Nazis doesn’t even make sense so they were always LARPers from the start.

As a number on FR have probably read of late, I have highlighted extensive exposure, official and non-official in Russia and Ukraine. A little longer and I would have spent 10 years over there. As such, I have many friends in both countries from all walks of life.
Russia is structurally a near fascist, or fascist state, by design and in practice.
As well, while both countries are very corrupt (Ukraine largely do to FSB DCM proliferation), since 2012 when UA government forced UA’s exit from the CIS, of the two nations Ukraine is by far the
most free and anti-socialist.
It is also by far the most religiously free, and holds “freedom of speech” as a fundamental centerpiece of it’s current legal system.
Both of these freedoms have been forceably eliminated in Russian controlled portions of Eastern UA.

Don’t be silly. Nazis are only 2% in Ukraine, about 7-9% are their sympathizers. The problem is that they are untouchables, they have guns and control the media. The president fears them and carries their water even though his election promises were to end all of this. Now he has Putin doing his job.
