The context of the party matters. College kids do strange things. It could have been a college type stunt.

They did this on a Royal Caribbean cruise we were on. Got the whole crowd liquored up and played parlor games for two hours. The grand finale was the cruise director recruited the “strongest, manliest men” from the crowd, where the biggest guys volunteered thinking it would be a push up competition or something.

Then they brought women volunteers from the audience to dress them up in drag for a fashion show.

It was raunchy and funny. Everyone was so plowed by the end of the show from the endless alcohol that the guys got really into it, trying to win “Miss Liberty of the Seas”, which was the boat we were on.
