Sit down with Piers and you know what to expect. It happens and then you complain. Don’t do it in the first place.
As I see it, Trump knew Piers would throw him a curve ball. It makes good ratings. But in the end, Trump got his message out to millions of new people — in the UK, etc.
It’s a carbon copy of what Trump did throughout his 2016 campaign — courageously challenge the media, call them out, get the headlines, and watch his popularity soar.
Oh, and don’t forget to tear into your opponents on Twitter!
Now, I’ll admit this is NOT a strategy for the faint of heart George Bush, Mitt Romney, or Chris Christie.
