What happens to weapons sent to Ukraine? The US doesn't really know

The US has few ways to track the substantial supply of anti-tank, anti-aircraft and other weaponry it has sent across the border into Ukraine, sources tell CNN.

In the long term, some of those weapons may wind up in the hands of other militaries and militias that the US did not intend to arm.

In making the decision to send billions of dollars of weapons and equipment into Ukraine, the Biden administration factored in the risk that some of the shipments may ultimately end up in unexpected places, a defense official said.

Privately, officials recognize that Ukraine has an incentive to give only information that will bolster their case for more aid, more arms and more diplomatic assistance.

"I couldn't tell you where they are in Ukraine and whether the Ukrainians are using them at this point," a senior defense official told reporters last week.

"It's up to the Ukrainians to determine where they go and how they're allocated inside their country."

For decades, the US sent arms into Afghanistan, first to arm the mujahideen in their fight against the Soviet army, then to arm Afghan forces in their fight against the Taliban.

Inevitably, some weapons ended up on the black market including anti-aircraft Stinger missiles, the same kind the US is now providing to Ukraine.

"This could be a problem 10 years down the line." "Over 50 million rounds of ammunition -- all that ammunition isn't just going to be used to fight Russians. Eventually that ammunition is going to be misused, whether intentionally or not."

They’re going through a week’s worth of military hardware and ammo in 24 hours, according to a Pentagon insider. Either they can’t shoot for sh!t or they’re not using most of it in battle. And the fools in DC keep shoveling them billions more, FFS!

Take this CNN article as disinformation, bullshit, and ignorance with just enough possible truths thrown in to cover their leftist asses.

Weapons can be tracked a number of ways, some electronically, some covertly by MDTs, contractors, trusted military leaders, and CIA contacts.

We’ve learned a lot since the early days of Afghanistan. The debacle was Biden/Silly Minilli, Blinken, Sullivan, etc.’s faults

Also, never heard of a US Stinger in Athe old Afghan-Russian war being used outside that country despite claims that some were smuggled out of it. Possible since a few were reportedly found in the hands of possible terrorist groups in a few countries but there wasn’t much of a stink made about it as I recall (if these were operative missiles).

Never believe CNN. They are not on our side.

Have you noticed that all the news reporters on the ground in Ukraine have British accents? Where are the US media reporters?

Really, girls, the smartest of us, wet their pants over that accent. The dumber it is, the more they leak. Let her listen then get in there.

It is war going on there!
It is no time for the bean counters to keep accounts on every bullet!
Yes, Russians captured or destroyed a lot of the stuff. So did Ukrainians with lots of Russian equipment.
Some stuff will end up in wrong hand. Too bad.
During the war, you play with probabilities, and surely, most of the equipment will be used to fight Russians.
That’s the nature of the war, unfortunately!

The logic of Trump was to keep us out of someone else’s s__tshow. What is the definition of someone doing the same stupid thing over and over again. In this case it’s not just insanity, it’s engineered military industrial complex corruption on the U.S. taxpayers’ dime.

The weapons provided came from the State Department, not the military.

Can you say "Alphabet Soup"?

Is this an "unintended consequence," or is it intended?

What better way to start a world war than to spread unaccountable Stingers, portable killer drones and ATGMs all over Europe, the Middle East, and the world?

“Some stuff will end up in wrong hand. Too bad”

Be sure and tell that to the families of the 100s who will be killed when a “missing” Stinger takes down a passenger jet or two.

The old Stingers had crappy batteries and were totally unreliable after a few years of storage without arsenal-level maintenance.

The new Stingers have great batteries and electronics and will be good to go for at least a decade.

I’m just waiting when some of these stingers circle back to the US or Europe and bring down some airliners.

Watch for them to be turning up in Brighton Beach and Sheepshead Bay, Brooklyn and the East Village of Manhattan.

Zelensky prolly sold the weapons on the black market. They cash out, laundering the money. They send some cash to the
politicians then spread it amongst themselves.

Ukraine is a major hub for the WEF/NWO/Globalist crowd. $oro$ has all of his NGOs there. Klaus Schwab is rooted there as well.

Ukraine is notorious for drugs, human/child trafficking, money laundering & corruption.
