Dorsey really seems like he didnt have much control. I saw a tweet from someone associated in the early days and he says there were a lot of plots and coups. Dorsey seemed to agree.
The CIA stooge would be the one making decisions about banning, etc..
It’s possible that the banning person reported directly to the CIA stooge.
Considering Vanguard, BlackRock and State Street are 3 of the top shareholders in Twitter the stooge could be from one of them!
