I've avoided flying since the start of COVID-19, but I may have to fly next month for a new job. I'm hoping I don't have to wear a mask for the flight.
The Wheels of Justice grind slowly...
CONTROVERSIAL decision by a TRUMP-appointed judge...
My wife is flying now. The folks on the ground just can’t make that call naturally so still masked for now
Bet the dems get rid of the legal concept real quick that an injunction granted in a single US Federal District Court is binding on every other District Court regardless of which Circuit it may be in.
Nah, that would make too much sense
Will it eventually go to Kavanaugh and Robert the traders
Good luck on your new job!

Behind the defense table, Fauci glared menacingly at the viewscreen.
“Let me ask you this: Based on your initial deposition. Did you have a conversation with the defendant on December 11, 2020, two days after the FDA gave Pfizer emergency use authorization on its Covid-19 vaccination?” asked Vice Adm. Crandall.
“I did. Many of us did.”
“And what was the nature of that conversation,” said Vice Adm. Crandall.
“He told me not to take the vaccine,” witness Sam said.
“Did he tell you why?” Vice Adm. Crandall pressed.
“He said it caused cardiac arrest in an alarming number of trial participants; it caused male infertility; it was causing pregnant women to spontaneously abort; and could potentially cause Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome. He said that information wasn’t being made public,” witness Sam said.
Thank you!
I have still flown, but have severely reduced the amount of travel. The only times I have traveled since the masks was to visit relatives out of state, not for vacation.
Someting Wong with that picture. Look at her hand.
And this happens over 2 years after it went into effect. Government really is the enemy.
We shall see.
Correct. Normal civil judgments are automatically stayed for 30 days under Rule 62(a), but injunctions are excepted from that automatic stay. She has the discretion to stay the injunction pending an appeal, and if she doesn’t, the government can ask the 11th Circuit to do so.
