I know Biden’s Team will quickly appeal this ‘shocking’ decision.
Judicial decrees are usually effective immediately.
I wouldn’t imagine it would be up to the airlines to decide if they want you keep it themselves or not. I’m sure the Brandon administration will give a very angry response hopefully just wait two more weeks, we can find the end of the pandemic once and for all or something like that as they try to appeal. We shall see.
I’m flying Wednesday. I’ll report back.

Once all the Masks are fully dropped, I predict a huge wave of new business for the airlines. I’ve seen many posts over the last 2 years saying until the era of Mask Police has ended, they would not be flying.
The airlines have mostly become against it.
The pilots and flight attendant unions are against it.
Only Biden, Fauxi, and the Covidian fearmongers are for it.
It is a flu. 72 of 600 is not alarming is it?

I believe this lockdown messed up peoples natural immune system. Last week 6 of us attended a large event and 4 of us ended up with a stupid cold. I haven’t had a cold in at least a dozen years. I had a bullet proof immune system.
Wow. A judge that judged on the constitution and the law. Now let this judge look at the evidence in election fraud and Jan 6th. The law is the law. Quit making it about what someone else says it is. My guess is that if they can appeal someone will once again go against the actual law.
They put Trump in a position to listen to the science and what “those doctors and scientists” had to say. Wonder what the collective advice would be if fauci wasn’t around. None of the scientists could for sure say the lockdown would not help. and I Trump didn’t lock it down then he knew that EVERY SINGLE DEATH would be in his hands. Even though biden had more deaths under his admin and he had the vaccine. But now the vaccine isn’t the cure he said it would be. If you catch it and had the vaccine then suddenly you won’t get as sick. Such BS..
We all know branDUHn and the democommies regularly ignore court rulings they don’t like. To them, faunocchio and the CDC ‘trump’ any court order. So, plan to bring a mask.
