This is a very odd "Azov fighter"... at 1:00m mark, you can see Russian flag and letter Z on his right arm, and just below these symbols, a white armband -- this is the color used by Russians (Nazis use blue). Besides, it is very unlikely that Lancaster would meet an Azov fighter -- unless it is a captured or de-nazified Azov fighter.

The video was shot in a Russian controlled area in Mariopul. The house had most likely been hit by a grenade from the Ukrainian side - only Azov battalion around now. The soldier who tried to help was a Russian, but the poor woman was unconscious and with a fractured hip. It was decided that she would be safer in the house waiting for medical assistance than dragging her outside. Looks bad in any case.
And Zelensky says his troops will continue to fight in Mariopul. Not that I think he has any power over the Azovs. They know that they will at best be put in front of a military tribunal if they surrender. Those (according to our msm NON-)neo-nazis will meet their Valhalla in one way or another very soon.
He is awesome.

I don’t GAGS what he is. Even misinformation is information, and I don’t think it’s misinformation. Whatever he shows is incomplete, because it’s showing only one microcosmic fragment of a complex situation. But that itself is important, so long as you bear in mind that it’s only a microcosm and the situation is complex.

I would like to meet an Azov fighter, because all this talk of them being “nazis” seems to me to be a cheap slander, which nobody substantiates. But even if they are or are not “nazis,” it begs the question — WHAT are they? So I would like to see some footage from the Azov side. Seems, however, that I jumped the gun in my eagerness. The ninja masks definitely are creepy, anyway.
“Nazi” has been overused to the point of meaninglessness. The Azovs are militant anti-separatists and the DPR are pro-Russian separatists. Both are descendants of Kossacks, fighting like Kossacks with wild and inhuman savagery, although they likely do not know how to ride a horse, let alone wield a scimitar at full gallop. That much is clear. Nazis are an entirely different creature, except to antifa wankers, to whom everyone is a “Nazi”.
I don’t think anyone has any power over the Azovs. They’ve been in Donbas for eight years, doing whatever they do for whatever reason. Zelensky was elected in 2019, and immediately got Trump in hot water over a perfect phone conversation without meaning to. If he ordered an Azov not to behead a pregnant woman and throw her down a well, would he listen?

Having no information is better than having bad information.
If a witness lies on the stand, you can learn a lot from the lies that he tells, and reveal the falsehoods on cross-examination. If one side tells one sort of propaganda and the other side tells a different sort, you can figure out the truth between them. All that’s required is an active, analytical mind and the right questions.
This entire issue was discussed by legal scholars several centuries before either of us were born.

Not at all. He is indeed known to be pro-Russia, and he is indeed a self-promoter. Just ask yourself: Why didn’t that Russian soldier just blow his ass away as he snuck up behind him jabbering away in English, and filming the Russian? The thing was staged, or the Russian knew him to be a friendly.
As for being kicked out of the US Navy, I just asked if he was such a guy, as there is a guy who posts his own blogs or videos who WAS kicked out of the US Navy; I just can’t remember who he was. Maybe it was you?

Journalists in combat zones is an old story, and he speaks Russian fluently, even if with an atrociously American accent.

No. Never served in any branch of any military. And the recruiting officers are probably relieved that I never darkened their doorway, so they wouldn’t have to tell me to get lost due to physical unfitness. Was it you? Maybe it was Hunter Biden?
But it remains irrelevant ad hominem. Lancaster films. He does so in Mariupol. I want to see what he records. Period. Pro-Russian or not, self-promoter or not. I’d also like to see the other side of the conflict, but so far I’ve found no footage, just unsubstantiated allegations of “Nazi” which have been directed at me and my friends by leftards too many times to take seriously, and doesn’t seem to have any substance in this case.
Cossacks, during pogroms, would take pregnant women, and after raping them would cut open their stomachs, rip out the baby, and put live cats in there, then sew the stomachs up. Horrible, savage act, done as a sort of sadistic sport. But they were not Nazis, just wild men of the steppes, doing what comes naturally. Nazis are methodical, dispassionate mass murderers, who use “scientific” rationales for committing genocide with assembly-line efficiency. The appellation is out of place in this context.
